One of the techniques Ms Devlin utilizes with many of her clients is "Conscious Breathing". What is EMDR?

Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing
is a psychotherapeutic intervention using bilateral stimulation proven to be useful in alleviating  symptoms of post traumatic stress disorder and many other types of psychological distress.

EMDR may be used within a more standard "talking" therapy or as an adjunctive therapy with a separate therapist or as a treatment all by itself.  The goal of EMDR is to process distressing memories, reduce their lingering effects and to strengthen more adaptive coping mechanisms.

Ms. Devlin is certified in EMDR and is available to explore the effectiveness of this treatment option as it applies to your unique situation.
